We're publishing a new book, Hidden Stories, which will be available from 31 March.
'Hidden Stories' is an illustrated collection of original, award-winning writing inspired by the history of Leicester's Cultural Quarter and the mills of the North Derbyshire town of Glossop.
The book - edited by Corinne Fowler, director of the University of Leicester's Centre for New Writing - expands upon the stories in our smartphone app of the same name, and features work by Sarah Butler, Mark Goodwin, Divya Ghelani, Pete Kalu & Fereshteh Mozaffari, Kevan Manwaring, David Devanny, Irfan Master and Carol Leeming FRSA.
We're celebrating the launch of Hidden Stories at a special event, to be held at Leicester's Phoenix Cinema and Art Centre on Tuesday 31 March from 6.00-7.45pm. There'll be live performances from the writers and the opportunity to meet them over a glass of wine or local ale. This is a ticket-only event - find out how to reserve your place.
